Shipping policy

Order Processing Time 

  • Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses 

  • Blue Ball Pet Nutrition ships within the United States and U.S territories.
  • We use UPS as our shipping partner and will ship to any address in the US that UPS delivers to.
  • Customers within the local area of Blue Ball Pet Nutrition will have an option to pick up orders. The local area is generally within 25 miles of zip code 17506.
  • For pickup orders, customers should bring order confirmation along to pick up their product.
  • Pickup is available from MON-THUR from 7am-4pm and FRI 7am-11am, except for holidays, and any scheduled closures. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking numbers. The tracking number is generally active within 24 hours. 

Taxes 

  • Customers will be charged applicable PA sales tax and taxes will be displayed at the checkout. 

Damages 

  • If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct the issue, by either offering replacement product, product return, credit, or refund.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy 

  • We do not ship outside the U.S.
